12/28/2016 0 Comments 2017 fitness goals!So recently I got a shirt that said "Kiss my abs" super cute, right! Well while wearing that I seemed to realize that I definitely need to hit the gym. Haha! I really would like to start TRYING to eat a little more healthy too! For Christmas I received a 5- in -1 Body Building System. It includes Door gym, Ab & core Straps, Workout DVD, NutritionGuide, and Exercise guide. I never knew how weak I was which was kinda sad! So my goal for 2017 is to start working out. What I would like to do is workout 4 times a week. So It's not every day but more than half of the week. Sounds good as a start. 1 day a week I'm going to work on core & abs which include crunches, mountain climbers, and many many other things! Another day I want to work on Endurance like running ( A dream of mine is it run a marathon but don't see that happening anytime soon!!) Another day I will work on upper body strength like push ups, pull ups, dumbbell curls, and dips! Then the last day will be a mix of everything altogether a little running, some pull-ups, crunches, and other little exercises. Let's all hope I will stay with this!
